Postal Disruption

The current interruption in the postal service is an inconvenience for businesses and consumers. If you usually pay your Storm account by mailing a cheque, please try to make alternative arrangements for payment during the postal interruption.

Amount Owing

We will continue to e-mail invoices to you, but if you need an updated balance owing in order to make a payment please contact our Billing Department by phone or e-mail.

Payments

There are several ways to make payments on your Storm Internet account:

• Online payments: Storm is set up for Internet/Telephone banking with all major banks in Canada, to set us up as a Payee, you will need your Account number that can be found at the top of your previous invoices (or give us a call);
• Credit card payments: You can pay your account with your credit card by calling us (613 567-6585), or by using our secure online payment via our website: https://www.storm.ca/accountpayment/
• In person: You can also deliver or courier your payment to our offices in Ottawa or Perth. Our locations are:
