Dial-up setup using Windows 2000
Step 1.Click on Start. Click on Control Panel.

Step 2.Double click on Network and Dial-Up Connections.

Step 3.Double click on the Make New Connection Icon.

Step 4.Click Next on the first screen of the Wizard.

Step 5.Choose the Dial-Up to the Internet and click Next.

Step 6.In the next wizard that pops up choose the I want to set up my internet connection manually option and click Next.

Step 7.Choose the I connect through a phone line and a Modem option and click Next.

Step 8.First uncheck the Use Area Code and Dialing rules box. Then enter the phone number that is local for you; being either Brockville(613-498-0674) or Ottawa(613-567-4068).

Step 9.The wizard will now be asking for your username and password. Use your complete email address as your username (Ex: If your email address is user@storm.ca, your dialup username will be user@storm.ca; If your email address is user@superaje.com, your dialup username would be user@superaje.com).
Once your username has been entered, enter your password in the password field and click Next.

Step 10.Enter Storm Internet Services as the Connection name and click Next.

Step 11.If you do not want to set up your mail click No then click the Next Button. If you do, choose Yes and click Next; this will then open up your default Mail Client in which you can find setup instructions for in the Mail section of our helpdesk.
