Dial-up setup using Windows Vista
Step 1.Hit the Start Button and click on Connect To.

Step 2.Click Set up a Connection or Network.

Step 3.Select Set up a dial-up connection and hit Next.

Step 4.Insert your username and password. Click the show characters box to see your password in plain text if you want to make sure it's in there correctly.
The wizard will now be asking you for the local dial up number, enter the phone number that is local for you; being either Brockville(613-498-0674) or Ottawa(613-567-4068).

Step 5.Click on Create to finish creating the connection.
Step 6.To enter the DNS servers go back into the Connect To menu and right click on your new connection.

Step 7.Select Properties. Once the menu appears click on the Networking tab.
Step 8.Highlight TCP/IP version 4 and click on Properties.

Step 9.Select Use the following DNS server addresses, and input the following:
Preferred DNS: 192.168.3.3
Alternate DNS: 192.168.2.2

Step 10.Click OK.
