Setting up Cute FTP

Step 1.

From the main screen click on the File Menu, then select Connect, then select Connection Wizard.

Step 2.

The first screen will be asking you for a name you would like to refer this ftp session to; I would suggest putting it as Storm/Superaje Webspace or something along those lines. Then click Next.

Step 3.

Enter ftp://www.storm.ca or ftp://www.superaje.com as the FTP Host

Step 4.

Enter your username(everything before the @storm.ca/@superaje.com in your email address) and then enter your password. Then click Next

Step 5.

In the default local folder field enter the location of your website on your machine, then in the remote section type /home/*your_username*/public_html. Please note that both these fields are case sensitive. Then click Next.

Step 6.

You have now completed the setup, click on the Finish button.

You may now transfer files by using the drag and drop technique.
