Information and forms are provided in the appendices of the ORA Operations Manual (click here) starting at page 141 through to page 152. When you go to print this document, select this range of pages to print before clicking on OK, unless you really want to print all 155 pages. Please fill out the "Coach Selection Application" which is on pages 141-142.

For police reference checks, we ask that you look after this yourself. Note that there should be no charge for a police reference check related to volunteer coaches. MDRA will provide you with a letter to take with you to the Police station. Please contact Mike Donoghue mdra@storm.ca or 821-3311.
