We insist on earning your loyalty every day. Our no-commitment packages will always be available to our customers. Contracts are used to pass on savings in return for loyalty commitments up front, but never mandatory.
Local Service and Support
Our support calls are handled by local Storm employees, not outsourced to an overseas call center. We think it is important to use common sense when dealing with a support call, not a hierarchical question list.
Our technicians work day-in-day-out to give all of our customers a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Our technicians are professionally qualified and trained, and they use state-of-the-art technology to ensure your connection is never lost and all of your inquiries are addressed.
Storm opened its doors in Ottawa in June 1996 and was originally founded by four local businessmen, including Herb Hartwig, who remains with the company. Early on ownership changed and, in 2003, Storm was purchased by two local businessmen, Charles Walther and Birket Foster. In April 2020, choosing to retire, Charles Walther sold his interest in Storm to Birket Foster. Mr. Foster takes on the role of Chairman and CEO (Chief Enablement Officer) where he will continue helping Storm grow its commercial and residential lines of business.
