Storm Internet Services was founded in 1996. We have built a loyal customer base across Eastern Ontario that has rediscovered what customer service means and has escaped the choke-hold of the National Carriers. How do we do it? Each and every employee of Storm has accepted and adopted our core beliefs.

No on-going contracts or needless penalties. 

We insist on earning your loyalty every day. Our no-commitment packages will always be available to our customers. Contracts are used to pass on savings in return for loyalty commitments up front, but never mandatory.

Local Service and Support

Our support calls are handled by local Storm employees, not outsourced to an overseas call center. We think its important to use common sense when dealing with a support call, not a hierarchical question list.

Gayle joined Storm in 2004 and was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations and Administration in 2013. While continuing her HR responsibilities, she is also Storm’s Corporate Secretary and the Employer representative on Storm’s Joint Health & Safety Committee.

Chris joined Storm in 2012 and is responsible for the wireless network infrastructure and the IT systems and tools that are used to manage the network.
