Field Sales Associate, Part-Time

Job Location: Eastern Ontario (Lanark County and vicinity)
Job Type: Specified period January-July 2026

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Field Residential ISP Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our internet, TV, and phone service packages directly to residential customers within assigned territories. This is a face-to-face, field-based sales role that requires confidence, communication skills, and persistence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with residential prospects through door-to-door visits within assigned territories.
• Present and promote company products/services to potential customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or packages.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Handle objections effectively and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products, sales strategies, and
  company policies.
• Follow all company guidelines, safety protocols, and compliance regulations.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in direct sales, customer service, or retail preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors, standing and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license is required.

Compensation & Other Details:

• Hourly rate of $25.00, plus commission.
• Paid time off.
• Group benefits, following waiting period.
• Mileage allowance (per km).
• Cellular telephone allowance provided (for the use of the individual’s personal cellular telephone).
• Hours of work are somewhat flexible and will be coordinated between the employee and the supervisor. For
  example: Monday-Friday (2-3 days per week, 2-3 hours per day) and Saturdays (4-6 hours per day).
