Storm is pleased to announce that to offer faster internet service to a wider-reaching area, we have recently built three Long-Term Evolution (LTE) towers.
LTE service is currently offered in the following areas: Lanark Village, Union Hall, and Maberly. Future locations are being evaluated.
All prices quoted are subject to applicable taxes.
- Wireless service requires a Site Survey (cost of $49.95 + tax) to determine eligibility. This cost will be applied as a credit towards installation within one year from the date of the site survey. Please note that this Site Survey is non-refundable. Package availability is determined during the site survey.
- Availability of Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages will be determined during site survey/installation depending on signal strength.
- Standard installation fee is $200.00. Installation fees vary depending on the necessary placement of equipment. Technicians will determine best installation option at the time of site survey. If additional height is required to obtain usable signal strengths, tower charges will apply.
- Router setup fee of $25+HST will apply if a router is requested.
- Monthly service fee includes the rental cost of the Storm wireless radio. Does not include rental of a wireless router.
