Founded in Ottawa in 1996, Storm Internet began as a small dial-up provider helping local residents connect to the early internet. In 2003, Storm expanded its focus to serving rural Eastern Ontario communities that were often overlooked by larger providers. Over the years, the company built an extensive network of wireless towers, fibre infrastructure, and high-speed internet services to bring reliable connectivity to homes, farms, and businesses across the region.
Today, Storm is a locally owned and operated internet provider serving communities throughout Eastern Ontario. With more than 30 years of experience, Storm continues to invest in advanced technology, expand rural broadband access, and provide 100% local customer support from Ontario-based offices.
