The health and safety of our staff and clients is Storm’s highest priority during the Covid-19 pandemic.

To Assist our Residential Wireless Clients:
If you are worried about using up your data when everyone in the house is using the internet every day for work and for school, Storm offers data caps of 100 additional GB for only $10/month+HST and you can add as many as you want (must be a minimum of 3 months each).

Are you waiting on Hardware?
We will make accommodations to have delivered by Fedex to your home or office.
Do you need to return any hardware?
Any hardware should be returned to our Ottawa office only. Please call us to have this arranged.
Field Technician Service Calls:
In order to ensure the safety of our field technicians, clients will be asked a series of questions for the safety of those concerned. Storm Field Service Technicians are not permitted to enter your home under any circumstance during this COVID-19 crisis.
Storm is closely monitoring the global and national developments in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. Contingency plans and processes are in place with a focus on ensuring the safety of our employees and the continuity of service to our clients. Our core business, network, and client service functions are enabled to work remotely to continue providing our services in the event that employees are unable to access their workspaces. All non-essential business travel for employees has been restricted. Return to work protocols are in place for employees who have recently traveled abroad. Storm has increased janitorial services in our offices to regularly disinfect workstations and shared surfaces. Additionally, employees have been educated on appropriate hygiene, social distancing techniques and the actions to take should symptoms arise, including self-isolation precautions. With these precautionary measures and business contingency plans in place, please be assured that Storm is doing all that we can to continue delivering the service you expect from us, should the COVID-19 situation worsen.
